As an Inside Account Executive you will help prospects understand the power of WorkFusion's ability to automate their processes leveraging AI-driven RPA. We are looking for results-oriented, intellectually curious, & highly-motivated people who have a track record of success in inside sales. This individual will take ownership of client relationships in their territory to drive sales, develop new opportunities, & close deals especially within the banking, financial services, & insurance space. Top Account Executives showcase the ability to focus on understanding a prospect organization's initiatives, challenges, pain points & how WorkFusion provides outcomes that align to those business initiatives.
Mobilize a broad team through a complex sales cycles lasting several months
Provide timely & accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, business objectives etc.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales quotas
Work with a cross functional team to achieve success including solutions consultants, sales operations, leadership & product
Travel occasionally for training and/or meetings
Demonstrable track record of success driving full sales cycles for at least 3-5 years (finding AND closing new business)
Experience in Business to Business sales (B2B) tech sales (Software preferred)
Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects & internal colleagues
Thorough understanding of the sales process, & ability to progress & quarterback complex sales cycles
Communication & presentation skills both in-person & web-based
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Drive to contribute, grow & make an impact on a rapidly growing team & company
