authentic sneakers. The Fulfillment Support team is responsible driving order success
through process improvement, order management, & execution. As part of this team you
will tasked with do anything possible to make sure our customers get the product they
ordered as fast as possible.
In this role you will:
Communicate with intake teams throughout our Global Network to ensure accurate
inventory & timely service to our Consignment partners.
Research & investigate Consignor Complaints & Issues.
Research & investigate Submission errors & discrepancies.
Correspond with our Consignor Partners providing feedback & problem resolution.
Collaborate with management to improve systems & supply chain efficiency.
Make quick & financially sound decisions around inventory & consignor experience.
We are looking for:
Some College Preferred.
2 - 5 years of experience in inventory control, customer service, or vendor management.
Sneaker Knowledge is a Plus.
Proactive problem-solver & process-improver.
Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.
Excellent Coordination Skills- Adjusting actions in relation to others actions.
Customer Service - Passionate for serving customers through their daily work.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
