We are hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to develop multi-channel CRM programs that engage subscribers to drive early habituation & ongoing loyalty, spur app engagement, & minimize churn. Joining a CRM team that partners with both product & marketing, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of subscribers, & creating programs that engage & delight them.
