ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Customer Success team at Reonomy is growing quickly, & looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to help support & drive our mid-market & enterprise user base. As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that our users maximize their Reonomy experience by being both a product expert & evangelist. You will train, onboard & continuously support all users in your book of business via on-going training sessions, individual calls, email, QBRs & other forms of communication to build long lasting relationships & drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will track user engagement, identify at risk users & identify opportunities to grow your accounts. As a Customer Success Manager at Reonomy, you will have a strong knack for account mapping, while approaching upsells & renewals with a consultative & strategic mindset.
