We're looking for an Administrative Business Partner to support our Head of Southern Europe & the Paris Pinterest office. Youll manage a busy schedule, plan complex travel itineraries, maintain great relationships both internally & externally. Youll need to be an amazing communicator whos passionate about details & someone who is passionate about being a business partner.

What youll do:

  • Manage the busy calendar, travel schedule & agenda prep for the Southern Europe Country Manager
  • Organize team offsites & events
  • Maintain branded swag levels for the Paris office
  • Work as a go-between for the Facilities team, identifying any office needs or requests
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
  • Act as the local POC for new hires, externals, vendors & our broader Workplace team
  • Manage & drive multiple projects & priorities at once, including offsites, events, seating, & conference rooms
  • Help us build great relationships both inside & outside Pinterest

What were looking for:

  • Proficient in Google Suite & Keynote
  • 5+ years of Administrative experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills & proven experience working in a high-volume & fast-paced environment
  • Ability to move quickly, make confident decisions, & independently manage work
  • Start-up background or experience working in a hyper-growth environment
