Teads is looking for an experienced marketing leader to join our Research & Insights team as an Associate Director. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading team of Research Managers & Analysts, overseeing & providing feedback on work while also providing strategic direction on opportunities to present to clients
  • Leading & designing research programs & learning agendas for strategic clients
  • Working with NA lnsights & Sales leadership to identify research priorities for both clients & the Teads business & proactively identify Thought Leadership opportunities 
  • Building research recommendations for outgoing proposals, ensuring media feasibility
  • Coordinating & executing research projects from proposal stage to client deliverable
  • Distilling research data for deliverables, including creation of visualizations, summary of findings, & future recommendations
  • Reviewing & analyzing third party ad effectiveness research reports & create client deliverables with the data
  • Presenting research findings internally & externally to clients
  • Using research results to inform future testing recommendations & collaborating on upselling opportunities with the sales team
  • Collaborating with sales, account management, data, & insights team members on research initiatives
  • Leveraging internal & external data we are subscribed to (Teads Media Barometer, GWI, eMarketer) to assist in development of consumer insight reports
  • Assisting in campaign optimizations for best results based on research insights
  • Advising on research campaign implementation related questions
  • Developing case studies & collateral showcasing approach & results of research
  • Proactively staying up to date with new vendors & industry trends
  • Ensuring projects & studies are accurately tracked including costs, status, & records of results


  • 7-10 years of experience in advertising effectiveness research and/or consumer insights used for digital media
  • Strong knowledge of research & testing methodologies
  • Experience with studies run by third-party research partners
  • Previous success managing & leading multiple projects & deliverables
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills focused on delivering actionable insights & recommendations
  • Passion for data storytelling
  • High standards of client service
  • Experience with leading conference calls & working in a client facing role
  • Ability to work both independently & collaboratively
  • Degree in related field
