Who you are
You are a data-driven product designer who is passionate about improving customer acquisition through iterative design efficiencies while driving business outcomes. You are just as excited about the latest A/B test results as you are about a new insight from a user interview. You are a strong thought partner who listens carefully to stakeholders but is also willing to stand up & advocate for the user's needs. You embrace lean thinking & are creative about how to get that next increment of learning. Like any successful designer, you have a growth mindset. Lastly, you understand the business context of your design work & can tie it to make measurable outcomes.
What the role is
This Product Designer supports one of the three legs of the stool needed to build great products at Drizly. It will work closely with engineering & product teams to ideate & clarify designs & reviews prior to release. With a heavy emphasis on shopper growth, the Product Designer will help build an easier & cleaner online alcohol shopping experience that is industry leading. They will also own all aspects of conducting user research & building user profiles while serving as a thought partner for our tech & product teams.
Please note: this role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.
