This role would be responsible for developing & maintaining our social presence with the goals of:
- Helping to manage our PR team
- Crafting a strategy for (and executing against) content marketing / social posting
- Helping CS with great social replies
- An empathetic storyteller with a little bit of humor, you thrive on explaining complex subjects to people in ways that reduce anxiety & build comfort.
- You see authenticity as a key part of building a great brand, & you can lead a company on that mission by example.
- Youll be a key voice of Zero & youre motivated for us to always have something to say.
- Work with our CMO & PR agency on our content, outreach, & PR strategies
- Develop website content & social media posts to engage our social audiences
- Help craft beta tests & other direct outreach experiences that create community among our users
- Work with our Customer Support team to craft great empathetic responses to customers via social media channels
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in marketing/PR/social media at an agency or brand
- Comfort / Experience with social media management tools like HootSuite, Mention, & Buffer
