VaynerSpeakers is looking for an imaginative mind to join our team & guide our brands voice across all our digital & social platforms. Unleash your creativity to help build our social presence & market our roster of exclusive speakers. Help drive inbound opportunities to our sales team by showcasing our clients abilities on stage. We are looking for a hands-on strategist, who has brand experience, with superior writing skills & can work well with a team of creatives. VaynerSpeakers needs someone who is looking to grow & can express that by contributing to our marketing efforts as a manager & as a creative marketer. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of freelance & staff creatives to produce robust content library of videos & photo assets
  • Draft copy for social posts on the brands social networks
  • Manage community of followers on our brand handles through replies & direct messages
  • Strategize to create new sharable content
  • Work with designers to execute & build content calendars
  • Maintain & enhance company website
  • Maintain & expand our customer database
  • Plan & produce e-mail marketing pieces on a regular basis
  • Lead the development & execution of creative content rooted in insights, with a focus on content that drives direct-response performance
  • Must understand, articulate, & strategically apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, & digital best practices

The ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of social media experience, developing & distributing digital / social strategies & campaigns. Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Proficient in social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube
  • Excellent written communication & copywriting skills
  • Exceptional ability to qualify, prioritize & delegate workloads for your team.
  • Be adaptable, understanding & enforcing that a big idea can come from anywhere at any time
  • Highly proficient with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
  • Mastery of industry & digital best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of platform/Industry/creative trends, in order to articulate & strategically apply to creative executions
  • Have a strong creative vision & understanding of client/ agency business needs & objectives, with a strong understanding of a brand in different spaces

Bonus Skills

  • Photo/Video editing skills 
  • Familiarity with SendGrid & AirTable preferred
