Job Description

What we expect of you, day to day.
Implement & contribute to the development of international compensation & reward strategy with a strong focus on the brand's philosophy (pay for performance') & total reward
Contribute to the development of the current & future annual incentive compensation models
Support & manage the annual incentive compensation review processes
Implement new compensation & recognition programmes in line with business needs
Research best practices & trends & analyse effectiveness & competitiveness of existing compensation & recognition programmes & present alternative / enhanced solutions that are cost effective & consistent with the Company's objectives
Develop documentation & controls for all compensation & recognition processes & procedures for governance purposes
Ensure appropriate compensation data is available to support hiring, engagement & retention strategies
Work with employee communications team to develop materials for all compensation & recognition initiatives
Manage all market testing/benchmarking reviews & renewal processes
Implement training programmes & communication materials to ensure consistent & effective understanding & application of compensation & recognition programmes
Ensure compliance with all geographies' regulations relating to compensation
Contribute to the management of the Reward Framework (including Job Evaluation) & on-going evolution of all staff compensation
Collaborate with HR colleagues across different functions to provide appropriate & co-ordinated resource to execute solutions that address organisational needs


What we're after
Educated to degree level (in any specialism)
Experience of compensation & reward strategy & delivery
Be highly accurate & with strong attention to detail - confident working with complex data & comfortable reconciling information to ensure a high level of accuracy & data integrity
Have strong written & verbal communication skills to create well-structured & quality documentation, presentations & communications materials. Delivering impactful communications & achieving clarity & understanding of compensation with varied audiences
Have the ability to build relationships to influence both internal & external stakeholders
Experience of change management projects with regard to compensation & rewards preferred
Strong excel skills
Strong organisational & prioritisation skills, including the ability to plan & schedule competing work deliverables
