Reporting to the CEO out of our New York City office, the Vice President of Sales will lead the sales organization & contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for driving strategy & execution of all sales initiatives & will ensure short- & long-term revenue expansion. You will be critical in helping lead the company to meet revenue, growth & profitability targets. As VP of Sales, you will serve as a collaborative member of the senior leadership team & work closely with the entire CultureIQ Leadership Team, including the company's board of directors & private equity owners.
