TripAdvisors media strategy team supports the advertising business as the digital expert in branded content & paid social distribution. This role will define & drive media strategy & distribution for growing branded content & social revenue streams. The Associate Manager will play a key role in planning, strategy development, & execution for all branded content & social programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated & results driven candidate who is eager to join a growing team within the organization.

What Youll Do:

  • Work throughout a programs lifecycle to develop media distribution strategy, lead campaign execution & optimization, ensure delivery & extract insights to fuel renewals & overall industry thought leadership.

  • Develop off-platform media strategy to inform platform selection, targeting approach, pricing, & flighting.

  • Launch, manage, & optimize paid social & audience extension campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, & Content Discovery.

  • Ensure creative satisfies platform best practices & drive constant feedback loop to improve executions.

  • Serve as central point of contact for platform vendor relationships to ensure campaign success & pioneer new opportunities in the space.

  • Assist with internal workflows & processes to ensure seamless program launch & strategy alignment based on client objectives & delivery requirements

  • Drive internal knowledge & expertise across paid social & audience extension capabilities

What Youll Need:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience

  • 3-4 years digital marketing experience at a reputable advertising agency, publisher, or media company. Expertise in social & digital media is a must.

  • Hands-on experience with executing & optimizing paid digital campaigns using Facebook Business Manager, Google DV360, & Content Discovery platforms.

  • Understanding of paid media landscape, platforms, & expected cost per models for traffic & conversion-based campaigns.

  • Familiarity with branded content development & distribution.

  • Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills required.

  • Strong project management & organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders.
