SUMMARY:

As Global DTC IT Experience Lead you will be responsible for managing initiatives & projects that will be a key part of the in-store digital customer journey in cross-collaboration with multiple stakeholders & business partners across multiple regions. You will also be identifying, creating, validating, & moving into production disruptive digital experiences & technologies that would enrich our athletes in store brand experience, while developing the accompanying business cases & ROI analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exploration

  • Drive overall exploration, understanding & assessment of emerging DTC technologies
  • Identify key partners with global scalability & innovative mindset that provide services & products that are in alignment with our Brand Experience
  • Gather requirements from functional business partners & translate them into actionable items in our demand management process
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to contribute to our digital strategy

Project Management

  • Lead the project management life cycle for new initiatives
  • Create business cases & ROI analysis & articulate them to key stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, identify risks & issues & provide feasible action course
  • Manage vendors & partners from selection & negotiation throughout project implementation

Deployment

  • Responsible for executing & deploying the digital strategy & brand experience across our environments
  • Lead User experience prototypes & pilots including user journey mapping, interface design & testing
  • Create & deliver actionable reports recapping pilot performance
  • Create & action upon vendor scorecards to assure QA & deliveries are meeting expectations
