Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Assist the team in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, as well as developing & implementing solutions
  • Conduct research & data collection to support key projects
  • Assist in conversation with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of various departments
  • Identify & escalate bugs & issues raised by customers & internal stakeholders
  • Document & communicate team processes as well as results
  • Opportunity to participate in presentations to senior leadership
  • Assist on ad-hoc operational projects

  • Interest in eCommerce and/or iGaming industries preferred
  • Commitment to improving the user experience
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Collaborative team player who is comfortable working with a diverse array of partners & stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Well-organized & excellent attention to detail
  • Solution-oriented
  • Familiarity with SQL & analytics tools a plus
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Passionate about sports, fantasy sports, and/or gambling a plus
