As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be attached to the Customer Experience team. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience in Western Europe, while also working closely with the rest of the team worldwide.
You will assist the Head of Customer Experience in managing the campaigns of your region, by regularly suggesting, planning & launching effective customer events & campaigns based on different business needs of the Sales & CSM teams, product roadmap.
Be a real Hubspot bandmaster! Plan, configure, test & launch effective customer campaigns within Hubspot across different markets, including developing landing pages, emails, nurturing campaigns, tracking & targeting segmentation
Ensure targets data quality within both Hubspot & Salesforce & suggest better ways of improving & leveraging it.
(Strong Salesforce experience required)
Participate in planning digital campaigns that meet our business objectivesCoordinate between our multiple business units
to ensure all deadlines are met
Identify industry best practices across digital channels (emailing, social media, PPC, …)
Drive automation processes whenever possible to increase team's efficiency
Support the development & implementation of Contentsquare's Community platform through data analysis, nurtures & engagement strategies
Fluent English (French, Spanish or Italian is a plus) is required
