As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing our Go-To-Market processes, enhancing data accuracy, & providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer, Analytics & Finance teams to ensure alignment in our revenue-generating efforts, identifying opportunities for improvement & efficiency. You will also play a key role in developing & maintaining comprehensive dashboards & reports that track our key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will support the implementation of tools & technologies that streamline our GTM operations, ensuring our systems are not only effective but also scalable.
ROLE
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, & Customer teams to streamline processes & enhance workflows
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, & integrity of revenue-related data across all systems, identifying & resolving discrepancies as needed
- Develop & maintain dashboards & reports to provide real-time insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Manage documentation & process repositories, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accessible, & clearly communicated to promote process compliance & best practices
- Conduct enablement sessions for GTM teams to provide training on tools, processes, & best practices
- Manage & maintain our GTM tech stack
SOUND LIKE YOU?
- Experience:
- You have 2-4+ years of professional experience, with 1-2+ years of experience in GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company
- You have familiarity with being a Salesforce Administrator
- You have worked at a product-led growth organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills & the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communicator: You're able to distill complexity into clear & concise messaging. Youre effective across various mediums & are excellent at working in a remote-first environment.
- Data-driven: You know how to define, measure, & manage sales funnel metrics.
- Relationship Builder: You place a high value on building strong relationships internally & externally.
- Start-to-Finish Ownership: Acts with 100% responsibility for their own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company.
- Bias to action: Speed matters. Takes rapid & decisive steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing action is the catalyst for progress & growth.
- Location: We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco office or from a home office anywhere in North or South America.
SALARY INFO
The Revenue Operations Analyst role spans several internal levels & a wide breadth of experience at Superhuman. Our compensation band reflects the potentially broad range of candidates & experience levels we are open to hiring for this role.
Our OTE for this role ranges from $72,000 - $101,000. The range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary (95% of OTE), benefits, & company stock options.
We are open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Latin America. We take a locally informed approach to non-US-based compensation & will be able to share more specific ranges based on your country of residence.
