Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand
As part of the Data team, the Data Support team takes care of all incidents, questions & problems regarding to data from all Agoda business. Our products are OLAP, cubes, aggregation data, dashboards & reports that would help business to effectively perform data-driven-decision. Also, other teams have internally developed software & applications. Most applications are fairly database intensive & web based.
This function requires constant communication to business users & also within Data team & Quality Assurance, Software Development, Database Administrators & Project Management, to communicate the issue & understand the update & impact. Additionally, the workload will include fast turnaround of ad-hoc reports on Agile methodology & support other technical end user for operations.
- Degree in IT related / Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL query, data warehouse & BI solution
- Service-minded, Multi-tasking & Problem-solving person, Good communication skills, Fast learning & willing to learn non-technical business & industry knowledge
- Strong English, in speaking, reading & writing
- Ability to work independently & as a team player
- Experience in ticket based systems, incident management is a plus
- Fresh graduate is welcome
