Lyft is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to launch, manage, & scale key partnerships for Lyft. These partnerships spread across a number of verticals. In this role, you will join a team that loves consumer technology, business strategy, building new opportunities, & growing relationships. You will be on the leading edge of helping to shape Lyfts direction & the future of transportation. 


  • Launch, manage, & grow strategic partners to align with & exceed Lyfts objectives & key metrics
  • Leverage data & insights to drive strategy recommendations & partner initiatives
  • Build & share learnings & best practices based on partner performance & effectiveness
  • Scale partnership programs that drive rides, market share, & rider preference
  • Develop & maintain cross functional relationships across the company & act as a liaison between Lyft & partner organizations
  • Own all reporting of the strategic segment, participating in regular business reviews with leadership & stakeholders
  • Drive quarterly business reviews with partners to align on upcoming opportunities


  • Bachelors degree, MBA or other Masters degree a plus
  • 5+ years of business development, strategy and/or program management experience
  • Strong understanding & interest in Lyft & competitive landscape 
  • Experience with 2-sided marketplaces
  • High degree of comfort working with product & technical teams. Technical knowledge of product integrations a plus
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker & data driven, but also a creative problem solver 
  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, & quickly build consensus with internal & external stakeholders
  • Collegial, high energy, & persistent personality, & excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
