About the role:
This is a great opportunity to join our growing customer experience team in Phoenix. This role combines elements of customer service, consultative sales, operations & licensed agent duties. You will serve as the main point of contact for both sellers & institutional real estate partners (REITs, private equity real estate funds, family offices, etc).This is a unique role as you will serve as the licensed agent representing our institutional partners.
From the moment Sellers first consider moving until they close on their sale, you'll be involved as their guide & unblock any issues that come their way. At the same time, you will be cultivating an ongoing relationship with our institutional partners working to source & complete as many transactions as possible.
