What is the key purpose of a Publisher Account Manager?                                                                            

As a Publisher Account Manager on our Global Paid Publishers Distribution Team in the US, you will be directly responsible for managing a book of Content Arbitrage Publishers & identifying optimization opportunities at scale. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, super analytical team player with strong relationship management skills.

What skills & qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

• 1-2 years of client-facing experience in the digital media/online publisher space
• Proven knowledge of the AdTech industry
• Experience in working with analytics, & the ability to monitor & identify data trends
• Outstanding relationship management & customer service skills to go above & beyond for your clients.
• Highly motivated, independent proactive, dedicated & creative problem solver to resolve client obstacles 

Itd be great if you also have: 

• Familiarity with the content arbitrage industry & The Push notification ecosystem

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?  

• Managing & growing relationships with Content Arbitrage publisher clients 
• Understanding client strategic objectives & KPIs in order to intelligently identify opportunities for upselling & growing partnerships
• Working closely with Taboola Internal teams like Support, Product, Legal, finance etc.
• Monitoring & analyzing metrics & proactively taking initiative to improve results
• Identify trends, technical issues & performance issues & act quickly to solve them
• Conducting excel based analysis on a daily basis, developing insights & action items accordingly
• Utilizing sales skills & ability to pitch, to present & deliver client communications
