Yelp is looking for a senior marketing leader to develop & execute multi-channel programs that enhance the relationship between consumers & Yelp. With close to 100M monthly users of our website & mobile app, Yelp serves many needs of consumers around the globe. Yet, our consumer experiences & campaigns are more one-size-fits-all than they are curated to the life stages & needs of each user.
We believe there is tremendous opportunity to deepen our relationship with consumers & create greater lifetime value by communicating with, & serving users differently based on demographics, lifecycle stage, behavioral signals displayed on Yelp, & predictive modeling. To that end, the ideal candidate for this role will have experience in developing strategies that are user-centric at the core, & can translate into lifecycle programs & campaigns that cascade across marketing & product channels.
You'll build a team of marketers who can build robust lifecycle strategies & campaigns. You'll be a central influencer in our user experience development & design. You'll partner closely with leaders in product marketing, product management, UX design, engineering, data science, machine learning & analytics to develop data-driven programs that result in: more frequent sessions within & across categories, stronger app retention, & higher LTV. Ultimately, you'll be one of the architects of a better way for Yelp to serve our community of users who count on Yelp to make critical life decisions - ensuring we're there for them on every step of their journey, & earning their loyalty.
