We are looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships based in our NYC office. This person will drive revenue growth & profitability for all digital, print & offline activations, with focus on a variety of clients from the Alcohol, Grooming & Automotive spaces; reporting directly into the Head of US Business.

To be considered, you should have a deep rolodex & superior knowledge of the client base in this area & a proven track record of deals & partnerships with relevant clients. Since Highsnobiety sells custom work & transactional media, the successful candidate must go deep at an account level & learn how to answer needs in creative, casting, strategy, social, media, events & other areas.

You should be able to successfully motivate & partner with internal teams as well as have a passion for great content & storytelling, along with an interest in style & culture.


  • Managing current client base based global accounts/clients
  • Prospecting & breaking new clients utilizing your own contact book to drive revenue
  • Developing marketplace & competitor knowledge to identify opportunities
  • Briefing the creative services team & pitching creative marketing strategies to clients
  • Understanding & utilizing contracts & pricing structures
  • Monitoring existing & potential campaigns
  • Creating new opportunities to drive revenue
  • Achieving sales target


  • Minimum 4+ years of Sales/Account management experience
  • Good knowledge of Media business, Digital Marketing & Editorial world.
  • Proven track record within a relevant publishing group, agency or brand (or brand group)
  • Experienced in negotiating with senior professionals on the client & agency side
  • Ability to perform under pressure
