About the job

This position will support the growth of Twilio Go-To Market teams in EMEA. You will be responsible for finding the most interesting candidates who demonstrate the Twilio magic. You will partner with hiring managers across the globe & focus on providing remarkable candidate experience, guiding candidates through our hiring process. You should excel at juggling multiple priorities, & thrive at going above & beyond. You should be driven by technological curiosity, & understand how GTM roles are a key part of business success.

As the team at Twilio has grown, so has our recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join Twilio. The GTM recruiting team partners with Sales teams, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partners, among others. 


In this role, youll:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop, prioritise, & deliver on comprehensive workforce plans & hiring strategies
  • We are building something special at Twilio. You will source, engage, nurture & qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels & sources to meet strategic hiring goals 
  • Deliver work consistently in a fast-paced environment by managing time & effort across projects, sourcing strategies, timelines, & deliverables for projects; take initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks.
  • Build strong relationships across all functions & customers (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, & with candidates) that will create great outcomes.
  • Solve challenges & produce solutions by collecting & interpreting data with quantitative or qualitative approach; identify alternatives when circumstances change 
  • Create an efficient interview & offer process & positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, & providing feedback
  • Ensure a flawless candidate experience & always maintain operational excellence.
  • Seek out unique points of view. Help mentor those around you & inspire them to bring new ideas to the table.

  • 6+ years experience in a recruiting role
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, especially for high growth teams 
  • Comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple searches; ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment while still maintaining priorities & deadlines
  • Previous experience recruiting for GTM roles including but not limited to Services & Customer Support.
  • Proven ability to consistently & positively contribute in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple functions & managing time efficiently
  • Has a data driven approach & understand the importance of operational excellence  
  • Excellent communication, teamwork & customer service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions & written documents, & deliver regular updates & feedback clearly & tactfully


  • Experience within technology start-ups, successful SaaS companies, or major players in the technology industry


This role could be based in either of our offices in Dublin, London, Paris, Prague, Warsaw, Munich, Berlin, Spain. 

Upto 10% travel is anticipated.
