HelloFresh is searching for a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to help develop & optimize brand strategies,
driving growth across its three brands - HelloFresh, Green Chef & EveryPlate. The ideal candidate has experience
increasing aided & unaided awareness for a Direct to Consumer brand, as well as acquisition experience
spanning online & offline marketing channels. S/he has helped design strategic research plans, conducting the
work internally or with research partners to derive actionable insights. This person will report to the Associate
Director of Brand Marketing within the HelloFresh Brand team & will work cross-functionally both in-house and
with external partners.
You will ...
Lead consumer research & insights development, translating results into actionable marketing
strategies at the portfolio & brand-level
Help drive brand strategy vision & day-to-day decision making for multiple HelloFresh brands
Work closely with performance marketing teams ( Social, Digital, Search, CRM, Direct Mail etc.) to
understand brand & content needs
Influence & guide the development of high-quality creative assets for the aforementioned teams that
are on-brand & align with channel best practices
Partner with the physical product team, as well as our culinary leadership, to devise & orchestrate
launch plans for innovative product offerings
Work closely with the digital product team to ensure the most seamless customer experience achievable
Monitor & synthesize competitor trends across meal delivery & otherwise
Strong consumer orientation, knowledge of customer segmentation & targeting
Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
Balance of creative & analytical thinking
An advocate for the power & value of Brand Marketing - be confident in communicating to the wider
business the impact of Brand Marketing within a data-driven & tech-focused culture
At a minimum, you have...
5+ years of brand marketing experience, primarily with DTC brands
Multi-channel marketing experience with an understanding of acquisition, engagement, retention, and
Fluent in both organic & paid channel strategies
Experience writing creative briefs & providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets
Proven experience & passion for working across functions & with senior leadership
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field is required
