About our team
The design team at Plaid is made up of product designers, design systems designers, brand designers, researchers, & content strategists who work with our cross-functional partners to create Plaid's products.
On the Transfers & Payments team, we are building products to enable Plaid's customers to quickly implement bank payment solutions into their products. We aspire to make it easy for any developer to confidently support bank payments in their customer experiences, built on top of Plaid's network of bank integrations.
What you will do
We're looking for a Product Designer to join the growing Transfers & Payments team as its second product designer. This is a new products team, so your first few projects will involve conducting research to explore & define solutions that enhance Plaid's offerings in the payments space. After collaborating with the Product Managers & Engineers on the team, you'll work to prototype & design products across the Transfers & Payments value chain. The potential projects include enhancing our consumer payments offerings, shipping new developer & operations tools on the dashboard, & building new consumer payment management offerings. You'll work closely with our design lead to drive the product strategy & grow as a product designer at Plaid.
