The Business Development team at Behalf is growing at a rapid pace & is looking to expand.
We are currently hiring for a BD partnership manager to successfully bring in & close new partners on a monthly basis.
Candidates must be comfortable & effective with qualifying partners presenting over the phone & in-person, running demonstrations, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.
This role is a client facing position, & the ideal candidate must be comfortable working at executive levels from middle market to enterprise.
This position is located in our NYC HQ office, & reports to the VP of Sales.
*Identify & source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls, emails & client visits
*Research partners, identify key players & generate interest
*Collaborate with senior management & other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new & existing
*Negotiate & finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines & policies
*Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand & be our
partners' liaison internally
*Forecast, measure, & report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded
content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
*Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners & offer new ways to grow the partnership
