About the Position:
We are looking for a seasoned B2B tech marketing professional to build & lead cross-functional growth initiatives at ChowNow.
You are data-driven, highly analytical, & a good storyteller, with a relentless focus on customer acquisition, retention, expansion, & referrals. You are a marketing expert with extensive experience in planning & executing full-funnel multichannel campaigns & tactics. You have a passion for the customer experience, conversion optimization, experimentation, & continuous improvement.
You're excited by the challenge of rolling up your sleeves & working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for scaling a team of talented growth marketers across Acquisition, Customer Marketing, Partnerships Marketing, Content Marketing, & B2B Product marketing.
Reports to the SVP of Growth; Initially 5 direct reports across content, conversion, & campaign planning roles but with an expectation of building out a world class team in alignment with the growth of ChowNow.

We power branded online ordering systems for independent restaurants across North America - via websites, Instagram, Google, & through branded iOS & Android apps - & we do it all for a reasonable monthly fee regardless of order volume.
