Vimeo is looking for an experienced Account Manager to professionally build & maintain relationships with key clients. In this role, you will be responsible for a large portion of the company's revenue by renewing & growing existing key enterprise accounts with Fortune 500/5000 clients. Furthermore, you will identify & land key opportunities for your book of business. What You'll Do:
- Understand & anticipate clients business needs to drive the success of key accounts
- Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication & new solutions
- Proactively manage customer pipeline & renewals to meet monthly & quarterly objectives
- Run in-person Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts
- Communicate with & present to C-level executives, confidently conveying Vimeos value proposition
- Assist in gathering client feedback, defining processes, & identifying best practices
- Professionally negotiate contract renewals & expansion opportunities
Skills & Knowledge You Possess:
- 3+ years of account management or account-based selling in the SaaS space
- 2+ years of Online Video Platform (OVP) experience, or knowledge of online video, OTT, video advertising or other video technology
- Experience carrying a $1MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of business
- Demonstrable & proven experience retaining & expanding accounts
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects & internal stakeholders
- Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com
