This role will support our Corporate end-users in troubleshooting & solving IT issues on-site & remote. With a hands-on attitude, you have a natural enthusiasm for helping others & contributing to the enhanced productivity of our dynamic workforce in a multi-office environment.

What you'll do:

  • Working efficiently with users to identify the root cause of issues with hardware, software, break/fix issues, connectivity, peripherals, & IT services
  • Tackling task work within our enterprise systems & applications 
  • Assisting with Google Suite task work - confirming email addresses; checking & updating distribution lists, creating & managing room resources, shared mailboxes, etc.
  • Imaging & deploying Mac/Windows OS hardware; retrieving hardware
  • Provide occasional end-user instructional sessions & how-to documentation
  • Setting up, monitoring, & troubleshooting audio-visual systems for company meetings, events, conference rooms, & guest speakers. AV & meeting support experience is a plus
  • Helping the team with basic inventory & stock room tasks - arranging warranty repair & replacement of broken items; cleaning & maintaining stock rooms; doing physical asset counts & inventory management
  • Helping with creating & maintaining process documentation
  • Prioritization & ticket queue management (ordering work by oldest, last commented, most critical, etc.)
  • Resolving all user IT issues quickly, efficiently, & to their utmost satisfaction
  • Eagerness to learn the processes & procedures for IT at CLEAR

How you'll measure success:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience supporting the technology needs of an office
  • You love to help people & solve problems
  • You are a motivated self-starter & learn & retain quickly & easily
  • You are organized & able to be multitask
  • You are able to assist others that are in a remote setting & in-person
  • You have basic technology troubleshooting skills
  • You have phenomenal in-person, phone, & written communication skills
  • You are comfortable with AV systems & meeting support
  • You have excellent customer service & teamwork skills
  • You are great at managing expectations & de-escalating stressed user situations
  • You are familiar with working with vendors, purchasing, shipping, & receiving

What you're great at:

  • Experience with Microsoft & Mac Operating Systems, Zoom, Slack, & other common core applications
  • Hardware experience includes laptops, desktops, tablets, & mobile devices
  • Applications troubleshooting experience
  • Experience working with a service desk ticketing system
  • Experience working on a Tier 1 Helpdesk
  • Good written & oral communication skills
  • Work independently

The base salary range for this role is $75,000-95,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
