Glossier is one of the first bottoms-up beauty companies -- every single decision we make starts with our customers. We are looking for an ambitious, collaborative, & creative recruiter to drive the talent acquisition strategy for the teams that are the front lines to our customers: retail & CX. The recruiter in this role will keep front-of-mind how unique the customer experience is to Glossier & knows how to source & attract extremely inclusive, friendly, & experience-obsessed CX & sales associates who will continue to raise the bar of what exceptional experiences look like for our diverse customer base. In this role, youll partner with closely with the People & Retail teams to build processes & develop hiring strategies & tactics that enable us to grow the best customer service & retail teams in the industry.

6 Month Expectations:

  • Liaise with hiring managers to thoroughly understand each departments needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for our Retail & CX departments by sourcing, reviewing resumes, & managing candidates through the interview process
  • Proactively source active & passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, & innovative research tactics
  • Communicate with candidates professionally & be immediately responsive

12 Month Expectations:

  • Ideate & execute scalable processes to help our Retail & CX teams grow quickly & efficiently
  • Promote the Glossier brand & use creativity to attract & market the Company to qualified & candidates
  • Develop & execute unique recruiting efforts & events, including informational sessions, recruitment mixers, & other activities that promote Glossier recruiting & outreach efforts

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting function
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task & manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency & constant attention
  • High level of interpersonal skills & strong ability to engage candidates of varying experience levels & backgrounds
  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
  • Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the Google Suite a plus
