About This Position

As the Business Strategy & Operations Manager at Ellevest you will play a vital role at the fastest-growing NYC financial technology startup committed to reinventing financial services for women. In this position, you will work directly for the Director of Private Wealth Management to support all aspects of PWM business planning, platform development, & growth. You will work collaboratively across Private Wealth, Investments, Operations, Compliance & Product.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support the head of private wealth in all aspects of business planning, strategy & operations
  • Lead key platform development initiatives, responsible for defining the strategy & execution with the help of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define & maintain key performance indicators
  • Manage internal communication to key stakeholders inside the private wealth group & across the company

Requirements

You have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a strategy or operations role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical mindset & skills
  • Experience in management consulting with a focus on financial services or social impact preferred
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA or Graduate-level degree a plus
  • Adapt to a fast-paced & dynamic work environment. This includes working independently & on a team.
