Samsara is seeking Inside Sales Managers to join our passionate, high energy, & fast moving sales team. Youll lead & support Account Executives focusing on mid-sized & enterprise businesses. You will have a consistent track record of ability to train, lead & motivate sales teams. Help us break into the Benelux market! This position is based in our London office.
- Strategic problem solving, project management, interpersonal & team management skills
- 3+ years sales experience
- 1-2+ years experience managing a team
- Deep understanding of SFDC
In your first week, you'll:
- Travel to Samsara HQ in San Francisco for a week of New Hire Training
- Attend a variety of different onboarding sessions, where you'll: receive a thorough introduction to our leadership team. be immersed in our product offerings & meet our CEO, Sanjit Biswas, in a "Samsara 101" class
- Meet your team & fellow new hire cohort
- Shadow cold-calls, product demos, etc.
