The Outreach Manager of Partner Operations will be responsible for aligning & executing the partner strategy by building & delivering analytics, reporting, processes creation & definition as well ownership of the Partner Relationship Management platform & portal.
The candidate will help build & operate Outreach Partner Portal from the ground up. You will have prior experience with PRM tools (such as: Salesforce Community Cloud, Impartner, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, etc.) The individual must have an intimate knowledge of this technology to guide us through business processes & integrations that need to be created.
Will work closely with the rest of the Global BD, Global Field Sales & Product Management on our Partner Ecosystem Strategy execution.
The incumbent will also help drive program functions for GTM Partners across the entire lifecycle of a partner. Must be resourceful & unafraid to work through ambiguity. Be able to incorporate a passion for relationships & people to bring new approaches to Outreach.
The role will report to VP, Global Business Development & Partnerships.
