What youll do:

Execute receiving process, reporting any issues to Store Manager & takes necessary steps to resolve

Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed by Store or Operations while adhering to all procedures & guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, repairs & damages

Ensure an accurate & organized store inventory at all times

Develop & share ideas to increase efficiency & reduce operational costs

Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience

Process repairs & damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
-
Assists with physical maintenance of the boutique when needed
-
Pack, handle, & store merchandise according to Away standards
-
Support store initiatives & projects as needed
Who you are:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-
Previous experience in retail or other service related industry

Highly analytical with the ability to identify business priorities, & problem solve

Work with a high degree of integrity & strong ethics

Experienced with technology to utilize internal retail systems & shipping software programs
-
Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude

Enjoys working in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment

Passionate about transforming travel (but thats a given!)

Ability to pull, push, lift, & carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

Ability to bend, squat, twist, & reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift
Compensation Package:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size & industry, & are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity & various social & professional investment opportunities at Away. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope & qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, & balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
