About the Role
Cloudflare is looking for a rockstar B2B Enterprise Lead Generation manager, who is dynamic, creative, & analytical. The individual has a track record of delivering killer programs that generate new prospects & grow the marketing revenue pipeline. You will conceive, launch, & manage a series of online campaigns that span a variety of online channels PPC, GSP, display, retargeting, email, organic, social, webinars, content syndication, to name a few. You have natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, & the ability to think strategically & orchestrate many moving parts.
As a B2B Enterprise lead generation manager, you will own the design, execution, & optimization of online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. SEM, organic/SEO, retargeting, email, webinars, etc.)
Define campaign objectives & enable effective reporting, target audiences, segment leads, & create marketing assets (website offers, email templates, landing pages, banners, etc.) to execute the campaign.
Work with cross-functional team members (Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to orchestrate high-impact integrated online marketing campaigns
Ongoing project management of campaign execution across Marketo, Bizible, & Salesforce, including data hygiene. Manage campaigns timeline, ROI, & data-driven improvements through optimization
Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge & experience
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, or other quantitative field
2-5 years of enterprise demand generation experience from a tech company
Track record of launching successful online marketing campaigns & driving qualified leads in the funnel
Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment with tight deadlines
Excellent written & stellar presentation skills
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience (PPC, retargeting, GSP, display) is a plus
Hands on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua (or other marketing automation tool), & Google Analytics
Previous experience in a high growth company in the SaaS, security, or network space, combined with knowledge of how the Internet works is a plus
