The IT Operations Specialist is a critical contributor to the IT & enterprise security outcomes for Tessian & the enablement of delightful & effective employee experiences. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of defining & implementing our growing IT function as Tessian enters its next phase of growth. You'll get to identify key areas for optimization within our current IT operations processes & help define & scale an exceptional employee experience for all things IT, while serving as the main source of IT support for our Boston teammates & main US office hub.
