THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Chatbot Quality Analystfor our CXteam in So Paulo!

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Develop the overall quality plan for Customer Experience area;
  • Manage all aspects of quality(s): planning, monitoring, feedback, executive reports;
  • Establish, implement & maintain the global quality model;
  • Create & maintain a calibration routine;
  • Understand customers goals & what leaves them satisfied or frustrated;
  • Identify gaps between what a business thinks it is delivering & what a customer actually experiences;
  • Improve customer relationships with the company;
  • Gain insights into which sequence of events leads a customer to a positive result or an unsatisfactory one;
  • Help to increase performance first by doing well what customers value most & then by linking each step of the experience in order to make it feel seamless & easy to navigate.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelors degree;
  • Experience with Quality Monitoring;
  • Expertise in quality methodologies;
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience in cross-functional teams is a plus;
  • Able to work efficiently with limited supervision;
  • Experience with agile methodology;
  • Third-party management experience is a plus
