Anvyl's Strategic Finance Leader will understand the financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. You have industry expertise related to B2B SaaS and have a record of success developing detailed annual plans, building complex financial models, and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to turn financial insights into strategic decisions for our growing business.

Our Strategic Finance Lead will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, and work cross-functionally with the Chief Revenue Officer and the sales, customer success, product and engineering to strategically plan by researching, analyzing, and modeling potential strategies for growth.

Partner with the CEO to ensure all operating and financial metrics are properly defined, monitored, and being met and help operating teams develop initiatives to optimize them

Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Provide clear insights into drivers of business and financial performance

Develop ROI models for Sales and Marketing to evaluate new channels and deals, pricing, promotions, and media program spend

Conduct analysis to make forecasts and maintain the company's financial model and unit economics for presentation to internal stakeholders, the Board and investors

Lead our internal Accounting Manager on monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements; work with the CEO to define and implement best practices for financial management and reporting across the Company

Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision making with financial perspective

Ability to influence business partners and provide recommendations in order to drive decision-making and execution

Experience developing highly complex financial models and developing reporting packages, preferably at a high-growth company

History of successfully leading business case analysis and planning processes which set strategy through a financial lens, then tracking the plan to report on its progress over time

Strong capabilities for developing and presenting analyses and insights to senior management

Ability to formulate strategies and identify trends through research and analysis of various data

8+ years of experience

BS/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
