At Conductor, we are defining the organic marketing stack for the enterprise. This innovative team needs strong & passionate product managers. The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy & vision for a business line within the Conductor Organic Marketing Platform through the entire lifecycle. In doing so, you will help build Conductors core products, supporting the companys continuous growth & fulfilling its vision. This is a role with enormous leadership opportunities for someone with initiative, drive, & an outcomes-based mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage feature lifecycles from strategic planning to product release & iteration
  • Work closely with other product managers & UX designers to build concepts & requirements
  • Identify our customers' needs & opportunities through data analysis, interviews, & research through quantitative & qualitative methods
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to define & manage a feature roadmap
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Give feedback to designers & engineers
  • Communicate feature releases to internal & external users
  • Function as the Product Owner for an Agile Scrum development team to define, deliver, build & iterate on capabilities
  • Mentor & lead by example for other members of the product team

 Requirements:

  • Progressive thinking paired with strong execution - can envision a different world & can articulate a clear path to get there
  • Comfortable with manipulating large datasets & interpreting results
  • Strong product management experience including work with Enterprise SaaS applications 
  • Demonstrated success defining & launching excellent products/features
  • Knowledge & hands-on experience of Internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript & server side technologies)
  • Past experience in MarTech is a plus
  • SQL proficiency is a plus
  • Past software development experience is preferred but not required
