We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing & providing efficient transportation & storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the pickup from our contract manufacturer to final product distribution to our network. A successful Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient & cost-effective supply chain operations, promptly resolve distribution issues & have strong negotiation skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Organize & manage inventory, storage, & transportation
  • Ensure the safe & timely pick-up & delivery of shipments, & arrange same-day pickup & deliveries as needed
  • Plan & track loads/shipment activities & maintain accurate records
  • Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, & productivity
  • Maintain logs & records of warehouse stock & executed orders
  • Analyze & optimize logistical procedures & address & resolve any shipment, inventory or traffic issues & create appropriate corrective action plans to achieve desirable results on time 
  • Communicate with logistics partners & internal/external customers to schedule shipment activities & perform administrative tasks to deliver high-quality service for all parties 
  • Liaise & negotiate with suppliers & retailers
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management
  • Outstanding organizational skills & ability to prioritize & reorganize workload in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & coordination abilities 
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work with little supervision & track multiple processes 
  • Working knowledge of major freight forwarding systems (DHL, FEDEX, UPS)
