GENERAL OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
As Relationship Management Team Lead you manage a client portfolio of approximately ~100 companies & provide senior-level oversight to assist our clients in getting the most out of their experience at CIC. For example, as a client's business evolves, so too does their need for office space, & you will be responsible for helping them find the right solution. Additionally you exercise internal team leadership & external partnership management. Overall, you will be a resource for building relationships within the community & for resolving complex situations for other staff members & clients alike.
You will serve as the senior member of the CIC Sales Team & work with prospective clients to determine if CIC is the right place for them to start their business. While you will not directly manage the existing sales team members, you will provide strategic guidance for sales efforts & focus on strengthening the sales pipeline. You will also step in for the Site Director when needed, navigating external partnerships & representing CIC regularly in the larger Philadelphia innovation community. You will additionally help drive the creation & implementation of new programs & initiatives around new sales, client support, & overall business development & expansion.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
At least five years of professional experience, with at least two years in a client-facing role.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
A natural interest in helping/supporting others.
Management experience is a plus, & conversational fluency in foreign languages is a strong plus.

Starting compensation is $66,660 per year plus 100% of the cost of a premium healthcare & dental package, long & short-term disability, life insurance, 401k matching after the first year of employment (must be 21+), & three weeks paid vacation plus twelve holidays from the start (more with seniority). Annual reviews with raises significantly above the national average every year for those on track with strong performance.
