What youll do:

In this strategic & highly impactful role, you will build & own the product marketing strategy for the Viator website & app, focusing on engaging, converting, & delighting travelers looking for things to do. You will serve as the go-to-market lead & voice of the traveler, providing essential feedback loops that will influence the product strategy & roadmap, as well as marketing communications. 

Your job is to know the market, know the user, & effectively communicate how & why Viator is the go-to marketplace for finding & booking experiences. 

As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing you will:

  • Develop an understanding of the market, from user needs to competitive landscape, & effectively collaborate with the cross-functional team to build the best UX & market the Viator product experience to travelers.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy, including messaging & positioning, for new & existing features & programs of the Viator website & app. 
  • Champion a culture of data-led, insights-driven R&D that will ultimately impact customer acquisition, conversion, & repeat business.
  • Partner with the customer support team by equipping them with knowledge, messaging, & collateral to increase NPS & loyalty among customers. 
  • Drive the development of positioning, messaging & value propositions to impact user activation & engagement.
  • Partner with a high-performing Product Management team to distill technical product features into crisp value propositions for Viators customer segments.
  • Constantly analyze internal & external data to form customer insights that uncover opportunities to create a highly differentiated product offering & innovate in new markets.


  • 7+ years in product, product marketing and/or marketing, 
  • At least 5 years in B2C product marketing, preferably including experience with online/e-commerce marketplaces. 
  • Proven success translating technical products into compelling value propositions & marketing messages.
  • Experience launching go-to-market strategies & products for consumer-facing products
  • Track record of translating customer needs into product ideas that result in innovative product solutions that are adopted by target audiences.

  • Be working with the Director of Product Marketing & Social Media to establish the Product Marketing function, defining & implementing new procedures & processes across the business.
