The Knock Home Swap makes it easy for consumers to buy their new home before selling their old one, skipping the hassles of living through repairs & showings, paying only one mortgage at a time, & having home prep covered upfront so their old house sells for the highest possible price. Knock currently offers the Home Swap in 15 markets in six states & plans to expand to at least 21 markets by mid-2021.

We are seeking a Senior Administrator, Payroll & HR Ops who will own Payroll & HR Operations for our HIGH growing employee base. This vital function will be part of our Total Rewards Team & will report directly to the Manager, Payroll & Benefit; working closely with both our Finance Team & Talent & Culture Team.

We are looking for someone who is highly accurate, meticulous & efficient. You must be able to meet deadlines & work in a fast paced, startup environment. You should be passionate about instituting best practices, creating efficiency, & constantly improving our tools, systems, & processes. Knock prides itself in providing an excellent experience for customers, partners, & vendors.  Someone who can embody this ideal, no matter the function, will enjoy working here. This is a new role in the company & your experience & frameworks will be used to develop the position, allowing for future growth opportunities.
