As a Robotics Integrations Engineer you will help us create the most advanced robots for our customers. You will work closely with other disciplines (Product, Sales, Software, Firmware, Electrical, etc.) designing structural & motion components using SolidWorks for robotic systems.
You will own critical interfaces between our robots, their operators, & environments. You will work closely with our Robotics & Machine Learning Teams to ensure that the designs you create can be not only mechanically sound but can be used by our advanced AI.
What you bring:
5+ years as a mechanical engineer in a related industry
Ability to communicate efficiently & professionally with clients & internal engineering teams
Design & prototype mechanical components for both large & small scale applications
Able to create custom integration layouts in AutoCAD with an eye on workflow efficiency
Familiarity with automation & industry standards
Fully competent in design with SolidWorks or other major CAD packages
Mechanical design experience with sheet metal, machined parts, extrusion frame, etc.
Anticipated 25% travel to customer sites
