The Manager of Client Strategy & Operations will be responsible for the construction of all media plans. The person in this role will work across departments during the pre-sale process, ensuring that all parties are operating in-sync & that each outgoing proposal is tailored to meet the needs of the client, & optimized to showcase the myriad ad products in our inventory.


  • Work with Production Operations Leads to ensure that media plans specify which forms of media will be used to effectively reach the target audience & that all media plans are being constructed in a manner that meets customer needs whilst staying within TPTs target margin
  • Identify potential strategic partner relationships & create proposals detailing how the relationship is beneficial to both parties
  • Identify areas for growth on existing accounts & work with Production Operations & Revenue leads to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Work with teams throughout the organization to package commercially viable products into opportunities clients can buy
  • Lead internal analysis & reporting on high margin ad products & recommendations on how to optimize proposals including such ad products
  • Work with Manager of Revenue Strategy & Operations on the forecasting of revenue recognition based on calendar of asset delivery
  • Manage the billing process with clients & partner with Production Operations & Finance leads in order to ensure a smooth & timely execution
  • Manage client relationship throughout a campaign lifecycle, including but not limited to: requirement gathering, reporting status & billing
  • Leverage data-driven analysis to assist in defining ad product strategy & format in the aim to optimize revenue
  • Expand & maintain media offerings to the current list of clients, including support of sales opportunities, strategic partnerships, & direct sold deals

  • Must have great communication skills & be able to give & receive critical feedback in a small team environment
  • Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced production environment
  • Must have prior experience building media plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Keynote
  • Ability to analyze results, identifying & explaining variance from goals
  • An active user of all social platforms
  • Comfortable with mathematics & financial data
  • Bachelors degree; Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
