Today, it is easier than ever to start a brand - yet increasingly difficult to grow it in a sustainable way. The fragmentation of demand & low barriers to entry have caused the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market to boom, but with more & more competitors bidding for the same customers, the one tried-and-true growth formula through paid social media no longer works. As it has become increasingly hard to stand out, brands need to explore new ways to grow.
We believe that sustainable growth will have three key components: (a) it's community-driven, (b) it's measurable & (c) it scales with the brand. This is what we're building: a community-centred platform that enables the purpose-brand economy with sustainable growth through flexible & scalable brand collaborations.

We're an early-stage startup backed by Founders Factory. We're currently building the MVP of our first product: an e-commerce widget that allows our partner brands to cross-promote on each other's online shops, enabling brand discovery in a relevant way. About the role
The Founder's Associate (Intern) role is a unique opportunity to dig into what it really takes to build a business from its early days. Reporting directly to the founder & CEO (Kat
), you will work on a strategic initiative that aims to grow our brand networks' quality traffic & sales leads, by turning offline product placements into online sales.
Existing solutions for DTCs to access offline either distance brands from their customers (wholesale), are resource-intensive & inflexible (own shops) or hard to measure (pop-ups). We believe in a future in which DTCs can acquire new customers in real life through collaborative, flexible product placements in amazing spaces - this is our time to prove it's possible!
