We are seeking a Senior Manager, Labor Relations with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with & influence all levels of operations leadership, human resources, employee relations, & contractors; to analyze multiple levels of employee & partner feedback to identify risks & gaps; to create, audit, & sustain positive workplace relations programs; & to design & conduct positive workplace relations training that drives best practices.
You Will
- work on crisis-oriented situations that typically can only be successfully addressed under severe time constraints
- work reactively on labor relations issues that may arise nation-wide; & proactively on relative training & analysis that drives a positive employee & leadership experience
- balance time between projects & crisis-response is a critical component for success
- support the continued improvement of our labor relations strategy & foster the culture of proactive positive employee relations across all levels of leadership
Qualifications
- The successful candidate must be capable of significant domestic travel, sometimes with short notice, up to 50% of the time
- Bachelors degree required
- Successful record of creating, improving, & executing programs at scale
- Strong oral & written communication & diplomatic skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems & come to direct solutions through independent decision making
- Comfortability in public speaking across a large population
- Active labor relations situational experience
- Sound knowledge of labor relations compliance
