We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our continued headcount & company growth. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, engaging, & hiring the best talent in our Austin office, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. This is a contract role with a 3-6 month duration.
What You Will Do:
- Creative outreach & sourcing of active & passive technical candidates across engineering roles in Austin
- Identify & recommend new & creative ways to source & attract top talent & continue to build your network in new markets
- Partner with Senior Technical Recruiter on facilitating & executing employer branding initiatives
- Leverage recruiting data to drive improvements across the recruiting process & candidate journey
Who You Are:
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a high-volume sourcing role at staffing firm or in-house recruiting role.
- You are metrics-minded & let the numbers drive your approach
- You're a relationship builder & proactively engage with hiring managers & candidates
- You are a strong written communicator & boolean master
- Youve worked with an ATS (we use Greenhouse) & LinkedIn Recruiter
