WHAT WE'VE GOT GOING ON
Looker is seeking a technically savvy IT Technician to take ownership of all IT-related provisioning, cloud account management, hardware inventory management & general user computing support for our rapidly growing office in New York. As a Helpdesk Technician you'll be part of a team that supports all our employees across seven locations on two continents. Your main focus will be in New York, as well as providing remote support for our Dublin & London offices. Your primary goal is ensuring that our employees remain as productive as possible. In this role you'll get to work in an expanding & constantly changing environment, where you'll use your problem solving skills to deal with complex & interesting challenges!
