Were looking for a Customer Success Manager, SMB to join us in Prague & play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our existing customers.

Why will your role be so important?

Similarweb is used by thousands of companies, of every size & from every industry, to give them a competitive advantage in driving online traffic. As a CSM, youll lead the development & execution of a long-term Account Strategy for customers, focusing on both retention & growth. You'll manage relationships with customers & key decision-makers, working closely to help them achieve their business goals & KPIs.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Manage & grow long-term partnerships with clients
  • Understand customers business goals, & proactively support achieving those goals using Similarweb solutions
  • Lead the commercial relationship with the customer, including quarterly business reviews, contract renewal & expansion
  • Continuously identify & lead upsell opportunities
  • Influence future lifetime value & new business growth through customer advocacy & reference-ability

This is a great opportunity for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of proven commercial experience as an CSM or Account Manager for software or internet-based solutions
  • Excellent Italian & English communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, & resolve customer issues
  • Experience in consultative sales processes in large, complex prospect organizations
  • Experience in presenting to & interacting with senior management of prospect organizations
  • Team player, able to effectively interact with colleagues & business partners across the company 

For this role, we're looking for someone who can join us in the office five days a week at the start.

Nice to have:

  • Any other language skills besides English are a nice plus
  • Digital marketing experience
